HEROtsc

Telecom Service Centers (TSC) was created in 1994 in Scotland providing high-quality contact centers and technology solutions. The company was later acquired by HERO ITES, a part of the Indian conglomerate HERO Group in 2007, creating HEROtsc.

HEROtsc is currently a strong player in delivering business solutions and services. It is based in the UK with Indian ownership. The parent company, HERO Group, is a well-known Indian company based in New Delhi, with more than 23 separate businesses and a strong focus on manufacturing.
