She has supported 100+ university accounts across the UK, ANZ, Canada, and India—leading high performing teams and driving impactful recruitment initiatives.

Before joining UKIBC, Richa led student recruitment at Cialfo, helping global universities strengthen their undergraduate presence in top Indian schools.

At UKIBC, she will support our launchpad universities with undergraduate engagement, drawing on her strong school network and deep expertise in the India-UK corridor. She is known for her strategic mindset, collaborative approach, and commitment to building meaningful education partnerships.
