Sikha Behuria is an MBA graduate with over 12 years of experience across diverse sectors including Human Resources and both domestic and international education. For the past 8+ years, she has been deeply involved in the overseas education industry, with a strong specialisation as a UK Destination Consultant.

She began her journey in international education in 2016 with StudySmart, a Pune-based study abroad consultancy, and in 2019, she joined IDP Education, where she most recently held the position of Assistant Manager – Counselling. Throughout her career, she has supported students across India with end-to-end guidance—from course and university selection to visa processes, and has also had the opportunity to conduct seminars and webinars in schools and colleges nationwide.
