Aishwarya is a qualified Company Secretary (CS) from Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with more than 6 years of professional experience in providing Corporate Secretarial, Legal & Foreign exchange Management Services to Indian & Multinational Clients & help them setting up of Business Operations in India .

Aishwarya holds a bachelor’s degree B.Com(P) from University of Delhi and LLB (P) degree from University of Lucknow. Prior to UKIBC, she was associated with leading German Consultancy firm Maier + Vidorno (Altios Group) and has worked in Corporate secretarial consultancy & business set up domain.
