Graham is a Vice Chairman of the UK India Business Council, former UK Co-Chairman of the Accountancy Task Force and observer member of the Financial Services Task Force established under the UK-India JETCO, a former member of the Financial Services Sector Advisory Board of UK Trade & Investment and a former member of the IFSL South Asia Advisory Group.
Graham retired in January 2010 from his position as senior partner within the Global Energy and Utilities Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He was President of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) from 2004 to 2006 and is a former: Deputy Chairman of the Financial Reporting Council, member of its Corporate Governance Committee, Vice Chairman of the Auditing Practices Board, member of the City Panel on Takeovers and Mergers; and a past President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He is Past Master of the Worshipful Company of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. He was a member of the Advisory Panel to the Review of the Regulatory Framework for Legal Services in England and Wales.
Graham is a Vice Chairman of the World Energy Council and a member of the Executive Council of the Parliamentary Group for Energy Studies; a former Chairman of the British Energy Association and of the Power Sector Advisory Group of UK Trade & Investment; a Governor of Dulwich College and of Goodenough College; and Financial Adviser to St Paul's Cathedral. He was appointed Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (CBE) in June 2004 for his services to exports.
