As we are all aware, the pandemic has created a shift in – or simply accelerated – working and living patterns, meaning a lot of businesses are re-assessing their property estates. So, what will the future hold for the property sector as we move in a much faster way to hybrid solutions, people working from home more, online retail acceleration, and a drive for larger living spaces to accommodate work from home situations? With our panel of experts, we will look at such factors from a legal, development, and real estate point of view and look at how COVID19 has changed the way we work, shop, and live forever.

Joining us to share their expert insights will be Bruce Dear, Head of the London Real Estate Group at Eversheds Sutherland, Rob Groves, Regional Director at Argent (Property Services) Developments LLP, and Anurag Mathur, CEO for Savills India. In this interactive session, as well as answering your questions, our industry experts will discuss:

  • What the new normal for office spaces will be like, and how our use of physical offices will evolve
  • How these changes will impact lease agreements
  • If a downturn in office occupancy would have an effect on pensions that are linked to property spaces
  • Whether future tenancy agreements will have built-in clauses in case tenants are unable to access or use their offices

We would be delighted to have you join us on this webinar. To secure your place, please use the links provided.
