UKIBC Associate Director Tara Panjwani will chair the discussion with our industry experts Graham Hudson, Special Adviser to Assessment Professionals Internationally – a long-standing member of the educational assessment community – and Nikhil Sharma, Business Development Manager, TCS iON at Tata Consultancy Services.

As we prepare to embrace the new normal, higher education institutions in both the UK and India have started to implement cutting-edge technology across every aspect of their operations. One area where this has been particularly important is in assessments. Accordingly, universities and training providers have increasingly begun to pivot their assessment model to explore remote digital delivery solutions. In this interactive session, as well as answering your questions, our experts will explore:

  • How the pandemic catalysed the adoption of innovative technologies in the field of assessments and transformed the way assessments will be conducted in the future
  • Challenges faced by education providers in implementing new technology in this sector
  • Whether the future of assessments will be in line with the ambitions of India’s New Education Policy
  • What technology and new innovations are available for online assessments – including an overview of TCS iON’s capability in artificial intelligence (AI)
