Parm joined Eversheds as a trainee in 1987 and became a Partner in 1997. Parm is the founding member of Eversheds’ India Group and is currently Head of the Group. Parm and colleagues visit India regularly on business trips to its main cities meeting our clients doing business in India and Indian companies looking to do business outside of India. Parm is client partner for a number of Indian companies including Aditya Birla Group, Axis Bank, Flemingo Duty Free, Kalpataru Power and Sequoia Capital.

Parm is also Head of Eversheds’ Diversified Industrials sector. His role involves co-ordinating our approach to the large number of clients that we advise in the Diversified Industrials sector. Parm helps facilitate the sharing of know-how and best practice amongst our lawyers who specialise in this sector. The aim of our Diversified Industrials group is to increase our presence and market share, both in the UK and internationally by understanding client needs, their business and how we can add value to our advice.

Parm was recommended as a leading lawyer in Real Estate by Legal 500.

Parm is a member of TheCityUk and Non-Executive Board member of the UK India Business Council.
