Victoria Lennox

Founder, National Consortium of University Entrepreneurs (NACUE)

Victoria is the Founder of NACUE and a Policy Advisor to Industry Canada. She is leading the UK entrepreneurial movement for young entrepreneurs through having founded the National Consortium of University Entrepreneurs (NACUE) - an organisation that supports over 80 universities, 65 enterprise societies and 35,000 enterprising graduates. She also co-founded Enterprise Alliance UK and led the way in the formation of the All Party Parliamentary Group for Enterprise and Entrepreneurship Education.

Canadian-born graduate from Oxford University, and President of Oxford Entrepreneurs, Victoria has been involved in developing, implementing and evaluating enterprise education programming, curriculum and contributing to enterprise policies and strategies for universities, enterprise support organisations and government and non-government organisations. She is regularly invited to speak at international enterprise conferences and to sit on industry and government task forces.

Victoria has a multi-sectoral background in entrepreneurship, governance and policy in the UK, Canada, China and Ghana. She has founded and mentored several ventures and enterprise organisations while also sitting on several advisory boards. She is the 2009 recipient of the SFEDI Builder of Entrepreneur Support Networks Award and the Overall Enterprise Support Champion Award. NACUE has been recognised by Real Business Magazine as a "Champion of Entrepreneurial Britain". Victoria's next challenge is working with Industry Canada's Small Business & Tourism Directorate around strategic policy and developing an entrepreneurship strategy as part of the Government of Canada's Policy Leaders Programme.
