Tushar is Business Consultant to Microsoft and responsible for Microsoft's strategic alliance with key enterprise partners - SAP, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), HCL, Cognizant and Mahindra Satyam. He lead Microsoft UK's engagement strategy with top industry outsourcers (HP/EDS, CC, CSC, CAP, Fujitsu, Accenture, LOGICA, TCS, Wipro, Infosys).

Tushar advises Microsoft UK's Leadership on working model with offshore companies from India, China, Vietnam and other Asian countries. He also helps UK businesses on outsourcing and offshore strategies and helping them to develop ties with offshore companies in India, China, Vietnam and Philippines.

Tushar has been with Microsoft for 9 years managing various parts of the business, including Customer Support, Marketing Operations, Retention Marketing for Microsoft's MSN business and partner channel of Microsoft's Virtual Earth product.

He holds a degree in Physics and MBA and before Microsoft has managed relationship with Brother Plc at Northamber Plc, a well known large IT reseller. Currently he is spearheading Microsoft's partnership with UK India Business Council and is a Board Member of TiE UK.
