A First-class Honours Political Science Graduate from the University of Birmingham, Kitty joined Benoy in November 2006 to introduce Public Affairs to the Company - an international, award-winning firm of Architects and Masterplanners.

Within Benoy's Global Communications team, Kitty is responsible for developing Public Affairs and Business Development strategies to enhance the Company's global reputation, brand image and facilitate new business. Kitty leads on Benoy's relationships with stakeholders in Government and Trade Associations in the UK and across Benoy's international markets. Additionally, she manages Benoy's social responsibility budget, including the work of the Benoy Foundation.

Prior to joining Benoy, Kitty was the Programme Manager of the Corporate Programme at pan-Asian London charity Asia House. During her time at Asia House, Kitty took over the Secretariat for the UK India Business Council (UKIBC) and organised the UKIBC's inaugural business delegation to India in January 2006 with the then Minister of Trade Ian Pearson MP.
