Martin Harman is a Chairman of Pinsent Masons, an International Law Firm. He joined as a Partner in 1976 and in 1982 became first resident partner and senior partner of Pinsent Masons in Hong Kong. From 1986 - 1999 he was Head of Pinsent Masons Construction and Engineering Practice Worldwide and Head of Pinsent Masons Worldwide Infrastructure Group from 1999. He was the Senior Partner of Pinsent Masons from 2003. He has extensive experience of far eastern and middle eastern export of construction services, and was particularly involved in the infrastructure expansion of Malaysia, Hong Kong, Dubai and India.
Martin has been involved with many prestigious projects including Wembley National Stadium, Hyderabad International Airport, Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Beirut International Airport, Bangalore Mass Rapid Transit System and the Tambaram-Tindivanam and Tunni NHAI Highway Projects.
Pinsent Masons employs more than 1,500 people worldwide with dedicated teams at the heart of Europe, the Middle East and the Far East, as well as the UK.
Martin also holds the position of Chairman to the International Sports & Leisure Infrastructure Projects Advisory Group for UK Trade & Investment and he is a Board member of the Indo British Partnership.
